Driving a client is the most exposed thing most agents do, and it's the one that gets the least thought. It happens casually — they're already at the office, the first property is fifteen minutes away, and getting in a car together is simply what happens next.
Five minutes, before the keys come out. Get a photograph of their driver's licence — not a glance, a photo. Frame it as process, because it is: “I photograph ID for everyone before we head out, it's how our office works.” Nobody legitimate has ever objected to that sentence.
